Many developers are moving to Mac these days and many companies have both Macs and PCs so it is very valuable to open an HttpWatch file created on a PC by a tech-support, on a developer's Mac when trying to resolve an issue. +1 for Mac.

I currently use the Developer Menu within Safari however the downside to the Developer Web Inspector is you can't output the page performance to a file (which my company uses for internal tools).
